Evidence : In order to protect the rights of contract employees, NTU has formulated the ” General Service Division’s Management Directions for Awarding Outstanding Contract Employees “, the ” General Service Division’s Management Directions for Contract Employment”, and the ” General Service Division’s Pay Scales for Contracted Personnel” within the purview of NTU’s Office of General Affairs.
