NTU has anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies.


NTU Gender Equity Education Committee is committed to promoting gender equality, campus safety, and gender equality incident investigation. The Sexual Harassment Prevention Committee is responsible for handling reports of sexual harassment on the NTU campus. The Workspace Gender Discrimination Reporting Committee is responsible for handling gender discrimination cases that happen at a workplace or while performing duties.

To truly realize gender equality and to prevent and deal with sexual abuse, sexual harassment, or sexual bullying on campus, NTU formulated the “Campus-wide Sexual Abuse, Harassment, and Bullying Prevention Directions.”All NTU staff, faculty, and students are bound by these regulations and directions. Every violation will be dealt with according to the special Flowchart.

Personnel Dept. also has an online sexual harassment prevention resource center promoting gender equality.
