NTU's disability accommodation policy
National Taiwan University, as per Article 14 of the Regulations Governing the Management of Student Dormitories (2022), has established a policy to prioritize accommodation applications for students with disabilities and special education students, without any domicile requirements. This is to ensure that all students with disabilities have the opportunity for dormitory residence. The dormitory areas are also equipped with accessibility facilities. Moreover, the university provides various support and assistance programs, such as tuition and fee waivers, assistant services, academic guidance, and subsidies for educational materials and supplies (2019), to facilitate support and services for students in their daily lives, academics, careers, and mental well-being.
