NTU provides mental health support for both students and staff.
For students, we have the Student Counseling Center to help students work through their adjustment problems and promote their mental health and psychological well-being. We also have the Center for Student Well-Being to station advisors in each college. The advisors provide consultations as primary prevention interventions, with their main tasks serving as consultants for students' campus adaptation.
For staff, we offer the NTU Faculty and Staff Holistic Care Service, which includes a variety of resources such as counseling, lectures, workshops, experiential activities, and health examinations. We also collaborate with the Taiwan Institute of Psychotherapy (T.I.P.) to provide professional psychological counseling services. Each staff member is eligible for up to four free sessions per year, with each session lasting 50 minutes.
