In accordance with the Waste Disposal Act established by the government, NTU requires on-campus restaurants to report the kitchen waste they generate. Therefore, each restaurant adheres to the regulations by categorizing their daily kitchen waste into raw kitchen waste and cooked kitchen waste. They also weigh and document this waste before it is collected by authorized waste disposal services.
